Terms of service

• KoreXport lists used vehicles available for export from South Korea, and arranges their sale, preparation, the Korean export formalities and sea freight to the destination port you specify.
• Unless separately agreed in writing, formalities in the country of arrival — customs clearance, import duties and taxes, homologation, registration and administrative procedures — remain your responsibility. Prices shown for a vehicle exclude those costs.
• Listing details come from the Korean sources we buy from. We check them, but a listing may be withdrawn or its vehicle sold between the moment you view it and the moment you contact us.

• The site is provided for personal or professional use in searching for and buying vehicles.
• Mass extraction of its content by automated means, attempts to bypass its protections, and any interference with its operation are prohibited.
• The site’s content — text, photographs, layout and the KoreXport brand — is protected. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, in particular the destination country and port: they determine the shipping quote and the export documents.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for actions taken from your account.
• It is your responsibility to check, before committing, that the vehicle you choose may be imported and registered in your country. Import rules — vehicle age, engine type, emission standards — vary by country and fall under your own jurisdiction.

• KoreXport publishes a daily selection of vehicles on its own social media accounts. This service is for KoreXport’s internal use; it is not offered to site visitors.
• Connections to platforms are made exclusively through their official authorisation systems. KoreXport uses no unofficial bot, no automated browser and no stored credentials.
• Posts link to the relevant vehicle listing on korexport.co. They state the vehicle price only, excluding shipping, customs duties and taxes.
• A vehicle that is sold or withdrawn stops being published. Its page remains reachable and states that it is no longer available.
• KoreXport complies with the terms of service of the platforms it uses. Where a capability is not offered by a platform’s official API, it is not implemented.

• Sea freight times are estimates and depend on the carriers, port calls and port conditions.
• KoreXport cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the customs authorities of the destination country, nor for the charges they apply.
• The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

These terms may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page; changes take effect on publication.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Any difficulty will first be addressed by seeking an amicable solution.
